  I've only been to Popeyes once, and that was after someone wearing a Popeyes uniform stole my bicycle from the my house. I went looking for the thief at Popeyes, but didn't see him.  They were extremely busy, and I didn't want to disturb their business, so I got a $10 box of chicken, biscuits, fries, mashed potatoes, and apple pies. It was pretty good and fed 3 people.  The short time that I was in the place, it seemed like all the employees working there had a lot of fun comradery and were in a good mood, which differentiates this place from most fast-food places where you get a sad reception from the people behind the counter.

  IPopeys but this particular store should be shut down & revamped. From the workers to the managing staff. How can one be in business & sell subpar food and NOT give you everything that you paid for (missing Red Beans & Rice). Then have to contend with the RUDENESS of the mgt staff about this matter. Why am I GUILTY until THEY decide to believe me that I actually didn't get it.
  Except for in the afternoon(I've been there over 5X), the food has been either heat lamp warm or EXTRA DONE. The customer service is "wait til I finish my conversation then I'll take your order"-type. And was it that after 8p it's "we're not cooking anything else so..." It's just sad. These are the mashed potatoes they gave me with BARELY any gravy
  Popeye's Corp...PLEASEhelp with these concerns. I'm not the only one, just the one that has voiced concerned. We can go anywhere to eat but I'm sure alot of us would prefer to go here but instead, like any "sub-par, we don't seem to care" restaurant, customers just choose to avoid it all together....Very Sad
   When done right, your chicken is great! Just not consistently which isn't fair to your loyal customers.

  Went to Popeyes on Bloomington Rd last night they are a mess.  Employees were wearing ear buds while working and not getting orders correct.  As a general manager of a restaurant I would never allow my crew to wear ear buds while on my clock.  We spent $45 there and 3 items were totally wrong.  Been on hold with the 877-767-3937 number for over 1/2 an hour to complain about this restaurant.

  Great popeyes. The time we went around 8:00, the chicken was pretty fresh. We got the 8 piece family meal and got mash and beans and rice. Honestly better than kfc

  I haven't been to Popeye's in a while, and this experience was incredibly disappointing. My chicken and tenders were old! I'll try to illustrate for you just how old. The chicken was dry like it had been baked under the heat-lamp and ignored for hours. It was so dry, I imagine it was nestled on the side of the rack being neglected from orders that had come before me at least 4 hours ago. If this chicken were compared to a person being chosen to play on a team, it would have never worn a jersey, been sidelined, sent home and told to never try out again!
  
  I can't believe someone saw the condition of this food (in case you missed it: dry, over cooked, unappealing, unappetizing and only belonged in the trash) and served it to someone. Now, onto the red beans and rice, or should I say, mashed beans and crusty rice. This had to be from yesterday! I couldn't eat it, nor was I going to put my health at risk by doing so.
  
  I hate I didn't examine this atrocity before leaving, but I was tired. Now that I'm home, I have wasted my time and money, and have to order food to replace this mess.
  
  Love that chicken from Popeye's??? Hell no!! Popeyes, I need you to do better!
